How it works for textile
Start of the warehouse chain
After the yarn or fabric is weighed automatically and the operator enters the product code, the remaining specifications are loaded from the coding and the product label is issued.
"The product label was printed and attached to the package — ready for palletizing."
Preparing for the warehouse
Labeled yarn and fabric packages are stacked on a pallet and a unique pallet code is issued so that batches of goods can be tracked together in the warehouse.
"The pallet was issued with a unique code — ready to be scanned into the warehouse."
Recording goods-in
By scanning the pallet barcode, the storekeeper records the goods entering the product warehouse, and yarn and fabric inventory is updated in real time.
"The pallet was scanned and intake into the product warehouse was recorded."
Goods-out for production or sale
Based on a request recorded in the system, the pallet is scanned out of the warehouse and delivered to the next production hall or directly sold to the customer.
Real-time production monitoring
Machine output is recorded in each hall with an Android handheld; and where machines produce an output file, the file data is used instead of manual entry.

Color-formula management
The technical dyeing recipe for each batch — color code, chemical volumes and consumption formula — is printed directly from the system and sent to the dyeing hall so dyeing follows the recipe exactly.
Laboratory quality control
Yarn and sliver test results are extracted from laboratory-instrument output (PDF) and recorded automatically in the system, so quality control happens without manual entry.
The final link in the chain
The outbound load, per the sales note, passes over a digital weighbridge connected to the system, and the actual load weight is matched against the order weight so any discrepancy is caught before dispatch.
"The load weight was recorded on the digital weighbridge and matched against the sales note."
