Dyeing & Finishing Module
Precise management of dyeing and finishing orders — from order creation and dye recipe printing to roll scanning on entry, batch card issuance and real-time completion tracking.
Dyeing or finishing orders are entered using fabric code, meterage, and raw code. Fabric rolls (tagheh) previously registered and coded in other modules are linked as the order reference in the system.
When fabric rolls enter the dyeing or finishing hall, each roll's barcode is scanned. The exact meterage and entry code to the hall are logged in the system so no roll enters without full traceability.
The system prints the dye recipe or finishing formula for each order based on industrial-engineering coding. The recipe includes color code, material quantities and the precise formula used in the hall. Each order's recipe is stored in the system for future reference.
At the final station of the hall, completion information is collected from the operator based on the order and the rolls that entered. This ensures the actual process data for each roll is accurately recorded in the system.
After processing, a batch card is issued for each fabric roll/frame containing its complete information — fabric code, meterage, color, order reference and process result. Batch card issuance is the final step of this module.
When the batch card barcode is scanned in the fabric inspection module, all roll data is automatically transferred to the inspection system. After batch card issuance, the roll moves to the quality control unit.
The system tracks in real time how much of each order has been completed versus what was ordered. Management knows exactly how much of each order is finished and how much is still in the dyeing or finishing process — without asking the floor.
Module reports include: dyeing order status, inbound and outbound fabric quantities per order, dye recipe history per fabric code, and material consumption per order.
