Sewing & Garment Module
Complete management of the garment production cycle — from order creation and cutting form to the sewing line, laundry, final packaging and operator performance tracking.
Production orders are entered with product code and fabric code. Size grading and order specs are defined in the system. After approval, the order is forwarded to the pattern unit.
The pattern unit defines the cutting form in the system based on the number of pieces, size grading and fabric spread. This form is the basis for the cutting unit and fabric consumption calculation.
After cutting, detailed cutting data is entered into the system. The most important output is actual fabric consumption per product code and fabric — a key figure used in final product pricing. Marker-cut pieces and labels are then handed to the production line together.
Labels are sewn into each garment during the sewing stage. The line goes through multiple sewing operations, and at the output station each label is scanned and recorded as line output in the system.
Semi-finished products are packaged after exiting the sewing line and delivered to the warehouse as "raw product" — ready for the next stage: laundry or packaging.
From raw inventory and based on the order, products are selected and sent to the laundry — all operations performed exclusively by label scanning. After returning from the laundry, products are scanned again and handed to the packaging unit.
After a final check and finishing, products are packaged and delivered to the finished-goods warehouse — ready for sale. This stage is fully integrated with the product warehouse module.
Each operator's performance is recorded by operation type and count per order. System reports include sewing line output, cutting line output, packaging line output and products currently in laundry — all displayed graphically in the management console.
