Store & Online Sales Module
Physical and online garment sales from one integrated database — barcode receipt, automatic pricing and real-time inventory with no duplicate data entry.
If the labeling and product warehouse modules are already deployed, simply define a store or online warehouse. All operations mirror the main product warehouse exactly — this module is a sub-component of it.
The warehouseman selects the products to receipt and scans each serial's barcode. Each scanned serial is immediately added to the store or online warehouse inventory — no manual data entry.
If the store sells products it did not manufacture, just use the labeling module to generate labels for the purchased items. Once labeled, those products can be receipted and sold in the same system — no additional setup needed.
The finance unit defines pricing based on product code and fabric code in the system. At the point of sale, scanning the product barcode automatically loads the correct price from the coding — no manual price entry.
Sales are completed by scanning the product barcode only. Each scanned serial is deducted from inventory and the sale is recorded in the system. Prices and product details cannot be altered at the point of sale.
The online sales website reads all data — products, inventory, pricing — directly from the shared database. There is no separate admin panel for entering online store information or adjusting online inventory.
Because both the physical warehouse and the online store read from the same database, the stock shown on the website always exactly matches actual warehouse inventory — a common problem in siloed systems that simply does not exist here.
Sales reports are available by product, time period and sales channel (physical store or online). Finance and management can view complete sales data for any period.
