Weighbridge Module
Full control of inbound and outbound factory traffic — from vehicle registration and automatic weighing to cargo matching against dispatch orders and instant management alerts.
Every freight vehicle entering or leaving the factory is logged in the system. Information recorded per trip includes: vehicle plate number, driver name, origin, destination, and type of goods loaded.
The weighbridge must be equipped with a cable output to the computer. Weight is read automatically by the system through the cable — no manual number entry by the operator, eliminating human error in weight recording.
The first time any vehicle drives onto the scale, its empty (tare) weight is recorded and saved. On subsequent visits, no empty weighing is needed — the system uses the stored tare automatically.
On each trip, the vehicle's gross weight is measured on the scale. The system subtracts the stored tare to calculate the net cargo weight and automatically issues a weight receipt for the driver.
This is the most critical function for finished-goods exits. The net outbound cargo weight is automatically compared against the weight in the central office's sales dispatch. Any discrepancy halts exit until the relevant manager is consulted and approves.
After every entry or exit is logged, a predefined message — configured by the system manager — is automatically sent via Telegram to designated personnel. Management is informed of every cargo movement without being on site.
Once the manager confirms, a digital exit permit is issued in the system. The process is entirely paperless and requires no physical signature or on-site presence.
Module reports include: full list of inbound and outbound trips, entry and exit weights by cargo type, and total weight summaries for any selected time period.
