Fabrica Pro – Software Terms of Use

Fabrica Pro ("we", "the company") is a unified management software for textile and apparel factories, delivered on Web, Windows and Android.

These terms govern your use of the Fabrica Pro modules (labeling, product warehouse, trims warehouse, weighbridge, production efficiency, management console).

Upon signing a contract, Fabrica Pro grants your factory a non-exclusive, non-transferable license of use, limited to the following:

• the number of users and devices agreed in the contract,
• the modules activated for your organization,
• internal use within the declared factory and branches.

Copying, renting or redistributing the software without Fabrica Pro’s written permission is prohibited.

All production, warehouse and coding data recorded in the system belongs to your factory.

Fabrica Pro acts solely as the provider of the infrastructure that stores and processes the data and has no ownership of your business information.

Depending on the contract level, support includes the following:

• bug fixes and software version updates,
• installation and setup support for Android scanners and weighbridges,
• training for operators and managers at onboarding.

The cost of using Fabrica Pro is calculated based on the number of modules, users and active devices in the contract.

Late payment may lead to temporary restriction of access to the system.

Your factory’s production, pricing and internal-process information is treated as confidential and is accessible only by the Fabrica Pro team for the purpose of providing support.

Fabrica Pro strives to ensure the availability and correct operation of the system, but is not liable for damages arising from network outages, failure of third-party hardware (scanner, weighbridge) or incorrect data entry by the user.

Either party may terminate the cooperation with written notice within the period specified in the contract. Upon termination, a complete export of the factory’s data is delivered to the client in a readable format.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and any dispute will be handled through the competent judicial authorities in Iran.
