Lab Test Results Software
Textile lab instruments, especially those from Uster, only output test results as a printout or PDF file and do not save them to a database. This module takes that file, extracts the key figures, and makes them permanently available to managers.
Most well-known textile lab instruments, especially Uster equipment, only provide test results for fiber, cotton, yarn and sliver as a printout or a PDF file, and usually do not save them to a database.
This module takes the PDF file from each instrument and automatically extracts the key, decimal-heavy figures inside it — with no manual typing and no human error.
The file format of Uster's best-known fiber tests, HVI1000 and AFIS PRO, is already predefined in the system. File formats from other manufacturers can also be added.
Besides fiber testing, yarn, sliver (autoconer and flyer) and carding test results are also recorded in this same module; every result stays in the system together with its test number, machine number and exact date.
The dyeing, indigo and fabric grading halls usually have no output file, so their lab results are entered and archived directly in the same system by hand.
Production managers and industrial engineers can pull up the results for any yarn code — even from years ago — straight from the system, with no need to search through scattered files.
